This project located in Rotterdam concerns renovation of a typical 60s’ office building and adapting it according to today’s WELL and BREEAM standards.
The contribution to this project mainly concerned detailing multiple building fragments in order to reach the standards of TO phase. The details solution were based on multiple consultation with external contractors - inter alia Dormakaba and Sempergreen. The key responsibilites incuded:
︎ exploring design options of office green atrium and auditorium
︎ coming up with detail solutions for mupltiple parts of the building
︎ searching for possible external parties (green atrium contractors)
︎ meetings with external parties
︎ team collaboration with regard to drawings preparation for TO final phase
