_{This project involved the design of a new office space within an existing office complex in Rijswijk. The primary challenge was to relocate the client’s existing 5,000 m² office into a reduced area of 3,000 m² while maintaining functionality, efficiency, and workplace quality.

The design concept was developed to reflect the company’s identity, mission, and core values. Through extensive research into brand’s philosophy and a detailed analysis of the building itself, we identified the essence of the brand and translated it into the spatial design. The resulting workplace reflects client’s caring yet dynamic character.

This concept was expressed through several key design strategies, including the introduction of organic circulation patterns that create fluid and dynamic movement throughout the space, the thoughtful contrast of soft and solid materials to balance comfort with structure, and the integration of sustainable materials that align with the company’s environmental values.}
